  • 3-Day Shipping: For quicker delivery, choose our 3-Day Shipping option. Orders placed with this option will be shipped via UPS and are expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date of shipment.

  • 1-Week Shipping: For a more economical choice, select our 1-Week Shipping option. Orders shipped with this method via UPS will generally arrive within 7 business days from the date of shipment.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (ET) will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: The shipping times mentioned above are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping. Please check our website or promotional emails for any current offers.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the UPS website or app.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistical issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or other third-party carriers.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
