1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized jewelry, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Return

Packaging: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

Report Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
